E's Up is for young people living in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas who are having problems with Drug, Alcohol or Solvent misuse and want help.

E's Up can offer:

• Confidential specialist advice and information
• Individual support sessions
• A variety of treatments including harm reduction programmes
• Substitute prescribing programmes and detoxificiation
• Information about health risks and how to keep safe
• Help with other issues in the young person's life such as family, education, housing etc.

All the work with the young person is carried out in the community, often in the young person's home or other appropriate settings. Referrals are accepted by any person, parent or professional or can be by the young person themselves.
